Getting to Noosa

Noosa is a popular destination with Australian and overseas visitors. Noosa is easily accessible by air, car, bus or train.

Flying to Noosa

The Sunshine Coast Airport has daily flights from Sydney and Melbourne on either Virgin Australia or Jetstar.  The airport is near Maroochydore, about a 40 minute drive from Noosa.
For international travellers, Brisbane is the closest airport - about a 90 minute drive from Noosa on the Bruce Highway. Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar fly into Brisbane Airport plus many international airlines.
Both airports have door-to-door bus transfer services to your Noosa accommodation and Noosa hotels. Taxis, limousine services and car hire are also readily available from both airports.

Driving to Noosa

Noosa is approximately a 90 minute drive north of Brisbane along the Bruce Highway. Take the Noosa-signed exit at Eumundi and follow the signs along the Eumundi-Noosa Road.
If you're arriving from the north, Noosa is approximately one hour south of Gympie also on the Bruce Highway. Take the Noosa signed exit at Cooroy and travel along the Cooroy-Noosa Road to Noosa.

Travelling to Noosa by Rail

Queensland Rail offers services with rail bus links from Brisbane Central and Roma Street stations to Nambour on the Sunshine Coast where Sunbus will collect passengers and travel to Noosa.
Rail and bus tickets can be purchased as one ticket through Queensland Rail.
