The Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival is steeped in rich history and uniqueness not matched anywhere in the world. The festival is brought together with an irresistible mix of sport and entertainment coupled with sun, sea and surf in one of Australia's most popular destinations. The week-long festival of swimming, cycling, running, triathlon events for everyone from 7 - 80+ years, two golf tournaments (celebrity and corporate), massive sport and lifestyle expo, corporate / VIP facilities and a serious after party you'll also need to train for.

The highlight of the festival is the triathlon which draws 5,500 triathletes each year to the Olympic-distance course (1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run). The Noosa Tri is the 3rd largest triathlon in the world only surpassed by London and Chicago.

Registration is now open for the Back Beach Collectors Fair & Swap Meet to be held in the performance marquee.
This is a great opportunity to mix with many of the world’s leading surf collectors, trade your goodies, talk story, enjoy the entertainment while you buy and sell. Space is limited so don’t delay in booking your space. As the fair winds down in the late afternoon, we’ll be cranking up the entertainment on stage, leading into the Surfboard Design Forum at 6pm, featuring a dazzling collection of the greatest surfboard designers of our time.

The Noosa Enduro - the mountain bike adventure race you don't want to miss!

The events team have been working hard to scout new and improved trails and have come up with a fantastic new route for the avid Enduro rider.

The Noosa Enduro is well-regarded as one of Australia's most exciting and challenging endurance races, held in one of the world's most popular destinations - Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The growth of this event has forced organizers to re-locate the start / finish from Tewantin to the 2007 check point one at Stan Topper Park, Pomona. This opens up a whole new playground of trails.

The new look course offers the best of last year's trails as well as some great new stuff that will not disappoint. The event incorporates two lively and diverse 50km courses. The advanced 50km course loops out of Pomona; a gut busting, hill climbing route incorporating the mighty 'Mother', the Cooran tablelands and the descent into the township of Kin Kin. The intermediate 50km course is a faster flowing yet tantalizing loop de loop through the Ringtail forest. The 100km will combine the best of both worlds with the 50km racers having a choice of courses.

That's right ... with community support, it's growing to now become a three day event.
2010 saw an expansion of all elements of the festival and our theme was FANTASY.
The Carnivale will again be ‘A Festival of Colour’ centred around body art in its many and varied forms. For members of the public, it’s nothing short of phenomenal to watch the human canvases take shape during the competitions.

Following on from its ripping success in 2010, RIPE NOOSA will return in 2011 with what organisers promise to be an even more succulent harvest.

Part of the Noosa Longweekend 10 day cultural event, the Eumundi Food Fest (now in its eighth year) brings together 70 food and local producers stall's, chefs and cooking demonstrations plus a chefs cook-off, restaurateurs, entertainers and food lovers with a host of activities and entertainment throughout the day. ‘Show and Shine Display’ by the Noosa Beach Classic Car Club will be a added attraction to this years event.

The Tucker Tent will be the main hub of the Food Fest with presentations kicking off at 10.30.

The Eumundi Food Fest also include's a Farmer's Market, showcasing the sub-tropical, the unusual and unique local foods and produce. A great day out in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the Eumundi Food Fest is an event not to be missed. So bring your family and treat your senses to a special day.

A great day was had by all we look forward to seeing what 2011 brings.

The day starts at 7.30am with the famous poets breakfast. At 8am the 10km run and the 3km family jog get underway. Primary school relays follow later in the morning as entertainment continues in the park with live bands, clowns, side show alley, a great variety of food and drink and many special events. The day climaxes at 3pm with the International Mountain Race. Runners from many parts of the world assemble to try to conquer this short but perhaps one of the world's most gruelling races.
